“Daily video chats among different groups of coworkers, from management to studio teams to one-on-ones, are crucial to maintain collaboration,” Aric Andrew, president and CEO of Luckett & Farley Architects, Engineers and Construction Managers Inc., said by email. “Those conversations also keep up some socialization in what can be an isolating time. I think this may be our greatest challenge over the coming weeks — to actively maintain the social connection among our teams. Having all our disciplines under one roof is one of my points of pride about Luckett & Farley, and we will have to be intentional about maintaining that high level of collaboration."
