Facility 20640 is a three-story building originally constructed in 1964. The facility houses the Air Force Institute of Technology, Graduate School of Engineering and Management. Significant features of the renovation included:

Reconfiguration of the faculty and instruction/lab areas
Modifications for Americans with Disabilities Act compliance
