Located in the former NBC Tonight Show Studios in Burbank, California. This venue will be the new West Coast home to Clear Channel’s intimate, invitation-only live music performances and movie premieres. The capacity is limited to 450 persons to ensure a once-in-a-lifetime experience for fans.

Local Chef John Varanese had already turned an old, prefabricated metal boat storage into the popular, high-end River House Restaurant and Levee at the River House. When he was ready to expand, he contracted with Luckett & Farley to help him renovate the upstairs space into an elegant event venue.

Luckett & Farley designed this 36,000 SF new office building to support the operations of a national forensic engineering firm. Since the building is on a 2.7-acre site, we also designed parking lots, sidewalk connections, and a multi-story patio and deck area overlooking the adjacent lake. Our civil engineering work included water and sanitary sewer utilities, as well as grading and storm drainage.

Luckett & Farley provided interior design for the renovation of a historic building on 4th Street in Downtown Louisville. The project included private offices, open offices with systems furniture layout and specification, studio spaces with special sound requirements, a large performance area, and reception area. The design also included one large break room designed to be a fun, flexible space with the potential to fit various activities. Notable interior details include a custom casework throughout the facility.

This 60,000 SF two-story, tilt-up concrete building is used to house biological manufacturing processes including offices, shipping/receiving, laboratories, chemical warehousing, etc. Four unique laboratories were programmed and designed to facilitate & optimize operations. A separate hazardous materials storage building was also designed and permitted separately so as to not delay construction. This project was executed using the design-build delivery method.

Luckett & Farley renovated Yum! Brands' existing space into classrooms, a new food court, private dining, dining room, exterior patio, and a plaza connecting to the existing lake. This project included five brand restaurants and a full-service kitchen.

Luckett & Farley designed a new facility that serves as a regional administrative center for Girl Scout troops, Brownie troops, and Daisy troops across central and western Kentucky and southern Indiana. The new facility provides learning environments for children starting at pre-kindergarten.

This three-story, 39,000 SF administration building serves as the hub of a power plant.
The first floor houses employee facilities including locker rooms and showers for over 120 employees, an exercise room, a large cafeteria with vending and dining facilities, large meeting/training room, and a records room. The second floor includes individual offices around the perimeter, several open work stations in the interior open space, a large records room, several meeting rooms, and auxiliary spaces. The third floor includes executive offices, conference rooms, and auxiliary administrative spaces.

This design-build project involved the relocation of the Taco Bell headquarters to a 180,000 SF, five-story building. The new headquarters included a dining center, test kitchens, and corporate services.

Luckett & Farley designed the iconic Twin Spires at Churchill Downs more than 125 years ago. Since then we have continued to design projects large and small at the racetrack, including a new dormitory on the backside, the development of a 10-year master plan for renovations and expansions, and design services for a renovated Gate One, a grand new entrance to the facility. In addition to these projects, Luckett & Farley also designed a $3 million renovation and expansion to the Kentucky Derby Museum which adjoins Gate One.

This project consisted of the renovation of an existing concrete building to house five FM and four AM radio stations, one performance studio, and two television stations, in addition to exhibit space and administrative and sales offices.

The project includes a complete demolition and renovation of the entire tenth floor for the WPIX TV station. The renovation consisted of all new office furniture, finishes, master control room, and mechanical and electrical system throughout the facility. The first floor area was completely renovated to accommodate the new public lobby for WPIX as well as new makeup and dressing rooms for the on-air talent as well as visiting guests.
