We have been a key partner in Jack Daniel’s Distillery’s growth, contributing to a multi-year collaboration that supports the brand’s increasing global demand. This partnership has included the design and expansion of some of the most critical facilities at the distillery, providing a tailored architectural, engineering, and interior design approach to meet both the operational and experiential needs of the world-renowned whiskey producer.

As part of the expansion efforts, we played a pivotal role in the design and development of several key facilities to support the distillery’s growing operations. Notable projects included the creation of community and visitor spaces, as well as the design of critical production facilities such as the bottling house, finished goods warehouse, and shipping docks. These spaces were meticulously designed to enhance operational efficiency while reflecting the iconic heritage and craftsmanship of the Jack Daniel’s brand.

A key aspect of our involvement was the first phase of a significant $100 million expansion to the distillery’s operations. Our firm designed a new greenfield multi-level distillery consisting of complex systems for grain handling and mixing operations, yeast propagation, mash cooking, fermentation, and charcoal mellowing. The scale house, distillery, and barrel fill operations were also carefully planned and integrated into the new facility to ensure smooth operational flow and an enhanced production capacity.
