ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Located at 32 Avenue of the Americas in the historic AT&T Long Lines Building in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood is Clear Channel’s home for intimate, invitation-only live music performances. The capacity is limited to 200 persons to ensure a once-in-a-lifetime experience for fans.

The facility is capable of capturing and streaming events live and, as a fully functioning recording studio, the quality is exceptional. Located at street level, this venue is also directly over path of the subway. Our design solution included significant structural reinforcing of the existing structure to accommodate the required acoustical solution for a venue of this type.

Flexible in nature, the theater also hosts corporate events and large-scale corporate meetings with multiple furniture set-ups.
