ABOUT THIS PROJECT

To enhance and invigorate the California neighborhood in Louisville, KY, Luckett & Farley designed a mixed-use development that breathes new life into an existing warehouse.

The vision was to create a vibrant, community-centered space that serves both everyday needs and special moments. This dynamic project will feature a supermarket, public market, diverse restaurants, office spaces, and a rooftop venue, all thoughtfully integrated with the surrounding environment. The site design also includes a park, coffee shop, parking areas, and a welcoming community gathering space to foster connection and interaction.

Spanning 110,000 square feet with an estimated construction value of $20 million, this project is set to create a lasting impact on the neighborhood. It’s a project that blends innovation, sustainability, and community in every corner. Luckett & Farley provided planning, architecture, and landscape architecture services.
