- Support Local Distilleries: If you have local distilleries in your area, prioritize purchasing their products. If you are in Kentucky you have an ample number of local brands to choose from.
- Be Different: Use Bourbon Heritage Month as an opportunity to explore different bourbons. Taste bourbons from various distilleries and regions to appreciate the diversity of flavors and styles.
- Savor the Flavor: Incorporate bourbon into your cooking. You can use it in marinades, sauces, and desserts. Classic dishes like bourbon-glazed salmon or bourbon pecan pie are excellent options.

Luckett & Farley's Distilled Spirits History
In the late 1890s our firm worked for several distilling companies designing the buildings that became known as Whiskey Row in downtown Louisville. In the 1930s we continued to design for a number of distilling brands that came back after prohibition. Luckett & Farley was also a pioneer in Kentucky’s bourbon tourism, designing the very first visitor center for Labrot and Graham Distillery, now Woodford Reserve. Over the course of our history we've helped shape every aspect of the distilling and aging process, and visitor experience, helping to refine – and redefine – Kentucky’s iconic spirits trade.
